Setup guide

Register by chatting. Take bookings today.

No forms, no portals, no computer needed. Everything below happens in the same chat you already use, in English or Swahili.

1. Start registration

Open the bot and send /start register, or simply write what you want: "I want to register my business" or "Nataka kusajili salon yangu". Either one starts the same walkthrough.

You: Nataka kusajili salon yangu
RemboAI: Karibu! Jina la salon yako ni lipi?

2. Name your shop and yourself

Give the business name and confirm you are the owner. If your name closely resembles another salon's name, a twin check runs first, so customers never land at the wrong shop.

3. Send your services and prices

Type the list ("Braids 1500, Silk press 2500"), or send a voice note saying them, or photograph your price board and type the list alongside it. Then confirm the list and set how long each service takes.

You: [Voice note] "Braids elfu moja mia tano, silk press elfu mbili mia tano"
RemboAI: Nimepata: Braids 1500, Silk press 2500. Ni sawa?

4. Set your hours and go live

Give your opening hours, review everything on one screen, and confirm. Your shop goes live immediately with your own invite link, shaped like t.me/…?start=your-shop.

5. Share the link, take bookings

Put the link in your WhatsApp status, your bio, and on a small printed card at the mirror. Customers tap it, land straight at your salon, and book. Registration attempts are limited to a few per person per day, so a stranger cannot flood the diary with fake shops.

Two kinds of till, both welcome.

A verified business till gets automatic M-Pesa prompts. A personal till gets guided claims you confirm with one tap. Tell us which one you have during setup and the diary handles the rest.
