Your salon, fully booked while you hold the dryer.
RemboAI is a receptionist that lives inside Telegram today, with WhatsApp built in and switching on as Meta's business verification completes. Customers write what they want in English, Swahili, or Sheng, even as a voice note, and walk out with a confirmed booking and a paid deposit.
- No app to install, no links to fumble with. Just chat.
- M-Pesa deposits secured before the chair is promised.
- Cancellations offered to your waitlist within seconds.

Real dialogue shape from the product, in two languages.
How it works
Three steps between a message and money in the till.
-
The customer writes like a person
"Fade kesho mchana", a voice note in Sheng, a photo of braids. RemboAI understands the service, the day, and the language, then offers real free slots with named stylists.
-
The deposit locks the chair
Verified tills get an automatic M-Pesa prompt. Personal tills get a guided claim the owner confirms with one tap. Pasted SMS screenshots never confirm a booking on their own.
-
Reminders and the waitlist do the follow-up
24-hour, 2-hour, and 3-hour nudges with Keep or Cancel buttons. A cancellation, or a silence, hands the freed slot to the next waiting customer in seconds.
For owners
Run the whole diary from your own chat.
One phone, plain commands, instant answers. No dashboard to learn.
Set up by chatting, not by forms
Type /start register and answer a few questions: business name, services with prices (typed or as a voice note), opening hours. You get a live invite link like t.me/…?start=your-shop to share with customers.
Diary commands in plain words
See today, block a day off, cancel or move a booking by customer number, mark no-shows, shift the diary when running late. Every affected customer is told personally; nobody else is bothered.
Never double-booked, never overcharged
The calendar refuses overlapping bookings no matter how fast two customers tap. Deposits are capped at the service price, every payment is reconciled, and refunds queue up for the owner to see.
0
double bookings possible. Holds expire, confirmations are recorded, and the diary is the single source of truth.
Language
Sheng in, Swahili out. English welcome too.
Customers write however they speak. Voice notes are transcribed, photos are matched to services, and replies come back in the customer's own language. Returning customers hear "Karibu tena".
Questions
Asked by owners like you.
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. Everything happens in the WhatsApp or Telegram they already use. The invite link opens a chat, not a download page.
My till is a personal M-Pesa number, not a business paybill. Does that work?
Yes. The customer pays at your till and sends the amount plus M-Pesa code in chat; you confirm receipt with one tap and the booking locks in. Unverified screenshots alone never confirm anything.
What happens when someone cancels?
The freed slot is offered to your waitlist in join order. The first to tap Yes within 10 minutes takes it. If nobody is waiting, the slot simply opens up.
What if a customer ignores the reminders?
The 3-hour Still-coming nudge carries Keep or Cancel buttons. A Cancel frees the slot at once; silence close to the appointment releases it toward the waitlist, and the customer is told.
Can two customers book the same chair?
No. The calendar holds a slot the moment it is tapped and the database refuses overlaps, so even two simultaneous taps cannot double-book one stylist.
